Daniele Gatti conducts Ludwig van Beethoven Symphony No. 2 in D major, Op. 36 Symphony No. 3 in E-flat major, Op. 55, "Eroica" On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven's death, Daniele Gatti conducts a symphonic cycle of the composer, spanning two seasons. The second event of the Beethoven Cycle highlights a decisive transformation in Beethoven's writing.
