Do you remember your summer vacation in Italy and the specialties you tasted there? Come to the Italian gastronomy course and learn the techniques and tips for preparing dishes from the Apennine Peninsula from the most experienced chefs. You will take home experiences and advice that will elevate you to the highest Italian league. In the course, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus, you will learn to prepare an exquisite 5-course menu. Besides enjoying pleasant moments at the stove, you will also take home a wealth of useful practical knowledge, beautiful experiences, a set of recipes, and a signed certificate. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout the event. The courses take place from 5 PM to 9 PM in small groups, ensuring you receive full attention from our chefs.
