What also sets him apart: He seeks exchange with musicians who are just starting their careers. With Ursa Major – 'Great Bear' – he has assembled such a band of rising stars. Ely Perlman, Nicole Glover, Savannah Harris, and Mike King are in their 20s and 30s. They have different backgrounds but can create an exciting relationship with each other.
