Description

The singer Annalisa Spagnoli and the pianist Andreas Michel compose and interpret their songs together. They convey emotions through beautiful melodies, special lyrics, and careful arrangements. The warmth of Annalisa's voice and the sensitive and dynamic accompaniment by Andreas take the audience directly to the Italian Riviera. The violinist Adam Taubitz enriches the repertoire with additional tonal colors. Annalisa Spagnoli grew up in Genoa. She studied piano as a teenager and has been composing songs since the age of 14. During her training in Switzerland, she developed an interest in singing. She gained concert experience with several formations touching on different music styles: jazz, salsa, bossa nova, gospel, film music, tango, dance music, chansons... Her musical career also took her to Argentina, Brazil, and France.
In 2006, she released her first self-produced album "Disegnare Canzoni" in collaboration with pianist Thomas Reber. Since 2012, Annalisa has been presenting her own repertoire throughout Switzerland with the trio Caporicci in the small arts scene. In 2015, she produced the album "Brilli di luce propria" with the Bernese pianist Andreas Michel (known as "Chnufi"). caporicci.info Andreas Michel comes from Bern and studied jazz piano and composition at the Music Academy Basel and the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. His love for rich Afro-American music has shaped him as much as his early and long classical piano lessons. He is a sensitive accompanist, energetic soloist, and maintains his own distinctive style.
Since 1990, he has been performing on concert stages across Europe. With the band Grand Mothers Funck, he appeared at the Montreux Jazz Festival and many other major festivals in Switzerland (St. Gallen, Gampel, Gurten) and has been seen several times on Swiss TV. His softer tones can be heard in selected jazz, pop, and Latin projects (Caporicci, Meloterrano, Padre Padrone, Mambo Mob).
