Description

A historic house – the "Wirtshaus im Schlachthof". Here, the legendary TV series "Zur Freiheit" was filmed. Parts of the TV series "Um Himmels Willen" were also produced here. After 17 years of "Ottis Schlachthof", the cult restaurant becomes the filming location of the new cabaret format "schlachthof", which features national cabaret stars. But even outside of TV recordings, other artists almost daily present their programs in the four event spaces. With cabaret, comedy, readings, and live concerts, soloists, bands, and newcomers give their best. Participants: Kultur im Schlachthof - Comedy & Kabarett

General Information

The event takes place in the historic Wirtshaus im Schlachthof in Munich, where also well-known TV series were filmed. In addition to the tribute show, there are regular programs by various artists in the event spaces.
