Theatrical Improvisation Workshops for 12–15 Year Olds

As part of the exhibition "The future, what is it?", the MEG partners with the theatrical company "Alliance Créative" and offers a series of theatrical improvisation workshops specially designed for young people aged 12 to 15. Theatrical improvisation is an ideal playground to explore uncertainty, welcome the unexpected, and invent stories in real time. Like the exhibition, which invites imagining possible futures and questioning this unknown future, these workshops give participants the opportunity to create, test, and embody their own visions of the future. Through games, exercises, and collective creations, participants discover the basics of improvisation (listening, storytelling, interpretation, and collaboration) while developing their imagination and confidence on stage, in a supportive and playful environment. The themes addressed will directly echo the exhibition, nourishing improvisations and stimulating reflection on possible futures. This program takes the form of a cycle of six one-and-a-half-hour workshops: participation in all sessions is mandatory to ensure coherent group progression and an enriching collective experience.
