Description

Six years after his last album – the Grammy-nominated LP5 from 2019 – Sascha Ring, better known as Apparat, is back. He had developed a writer's block. Writing new music? For the usually so productive musician, who not only performs solo but also as part of the trio with Modeselektor as Moderat, this suddenly became a challenge. The solution? Let go of perfectionism. Instead, Ring set himself the goal between March and September last year to develop a song idea every day, no matter how unfinished it would be. The plan worked, and the touching "Hum of Maybe" is the result. Ring will tour for this album with a complete band setup and, in collaboration with his fellow musicians, creates a unique live performance. Don't miss it!
