WHO is the PERPETRATOR and WHO is the VICTIM of the kidnapping… …which begins for Björn Diemel with his daughter's dolphin jacket and surprisingly ends in a tiger-guarded marijuana plantation due to his "mindful" execution of "conscious eating"? Lawyer BJÖRN DIEMEL, who used to defend his clients – and now mainly his own interests –, is in shock. Because he has caused his stomach too much joy daily, he lacks the breath to catch the villain who has just kidnapped Emily, his beloved daughter. With his last strength, he throws his phone at the kidnapper's head. After the direct hit, Emily is free, but unfortunately, the kidnapper takes the phone – which still has the security code deactivated, so now everyone can see the selfie with organic marijuana fan Gerda, the tigers Ayur and Veda, and himself.
Because things cannot continue as they are, he visits his mindfulness coach JOSCHKA BREITNER to rethink his not only work-life but also his work-life kilogram balance. As expected, his eating habits are quite abruptly changed – because three plates of spaghetti Bolognese, about twenty chicken nuggets, three pancakes with cinnamon and sugar, the contents of a chip bag, a 500-milliliter pack of Double-Salted-Caramel ice cream, and half a bag of Haribo Colorado provide great satisfaction but are the opposite of a "mindful" lifestyle.
Since his ex-wife KATHARINA has also not missed her ex-husband's body measurements, she strongly recommends him to find a natural hobby – a tip that unexpectedly leads him into a 400 m² cellar under a tiger enclosure.
