In photos, music, and material mementos, our hopes, longings, worries, and fears are condensed. Today, we may fear global catastrophe, but in the past, the fear of early mortality prevailed. Today, we rejoice over many likes, while lovers once wrote mini-messages in nutshells. The curatorial team Dr. Petra Hornung and Dr. Dominik Streiff shed light on why our relationship with life has changed so much and how this is reflected in material legacy during the first public tour.
