Description
A videographic reading with Laali Lyberth and Sven Nieder, Inuit Verlag as part of Zürich liest When light becomes a message: In the Arctic night of Greenland, people illuminated their homeland – icebergs and glaciers disappearing. The artist team Nomi Baumgartl, Sven Nieder, Yatri N. Niehaus, and Laali Lyberth created breathtaking long-exposure images under the polar lights at minus 40 degrees, together with Greenlandic light ambassadors of all generations. Stella Polaris Ulloriarsuaq documents the luminous memory of the Earth in magical snapshots and, in the context of climate change, builds a conscious bridge between art, culture, and science. A masterpiece of light painting that unites the beauty and urgency of our time.
