Daily yoga and meditation sessions in the warm larch hall of the historic monastery or outdoors at quiet power spots in nature provide you with calm and new energy. In the pottery workshops, you dive into the world of handcrafted design and shape vessels with your own hands that you can take home as a memory of this special time. Culinary delights include warming alpine slow-food cuisine that combines regional ingredients from Valposchiavo with traditional recipes. You stay in the charming monastery in the heart of Poschiavo and have access to a nearby spa area. The daily schedule includes morning yoga, a cozy breakfast, creative pottery sessions, winter hikes or time for yourself, warming lunches, and evening yoga sessions or meditations. We end the day with a fine communal dinner. The price includes three overnight stays with breakfast, the Valposchiavo Guest Card for free public transport in the valley, all yoga and meditation sessions, pottery workshops including materials and shipping, a guided winter hike, as well as two lunches, a lunch picnic, and two dinners.
