The Bible is a polyphonic book – full of stories, questions, breaks, and hope. In this course, we invite you to approach the biblical word with openness and curiosity. Not as a finished answer, but as an invitation to dialogue. Old, often cumbersome texts surprise — they touch and can inspire my own life. Whether you already have experience as a lector or just want to try how the word can unfold in voice and life – you are warmly welcome.
What to expect? Understanding texts: We approach the biblical texts with heart and mind – searching, questioning, discovering. Finding meaning: What speaks to me? What supports me? How can I live the word in my everyday life? Confident appearance: Exercises on voice, presence, and expression – and the word becomes alive. The provostry as a place of strength and rest: to come to yourself.
