Word that comforts and frees

Description

In the biblical readings of our worship services, God is present in the form of the Word. The words of Scripture can still bring life, comfort, and freedom today. This becomes possible when the lector reads the text appropriately. Then the reading in the worship service becomes a proclamation of God's closeness. The course day prepares you for this service.
Goals • You will find access to the biblical texts • You will expand your knowledge of the Old and New Testament • You will understand the order of a worship service and learn the reading schedule • You will read more confidently at the microphone
