On Wednesday, October 8th at 5:00 PM, we warmly invite you to espresso. point for an evening dedicated to wines from Vinařství Volařík – one of the most prominent wineries in South Moravia. During the guided tasting, you will sample a selection of wines that embody the character of the Mikulov region, the diligent work in the vineyard, and attention to detail in the cellar. The evening will be led by the court sommelier of Vinařství Volařík, Tomáš Brázda, who will introduce each wine, explain its origin, style, and ideal food pairings, and will be happy to answer your questions. We will serve traditional Italian focaccia infused with rosemary, complemented by delicate mortadella and fresh mozzarella. Simple, honest snacks that will highlight the flavors of the tasted wines and create the atmosphere of a pleasant Italian aperitif.
