Lecture with projection - JUDr. Michal Dlouhý, Ph. D. This is a lecture on O ČETNÍCÍCH A ČETNICKÝCH HUMORESKÁCH with book sales and a signing session, which I conduct in a replica of a period first-republic gendarmerie uniform. In the first part, I will introduce the nearly century-long history of the gendarmerie in our territory, of course mentioning the involvement of gendarmerie members in the resistance. In the second part, I will talk about the television series Četnické humoresky and Zločiny Velké Prahy, in which I was a contributor, and in the third part, I will present my literary work, and some of the books can be purchased at a reduced price, after which I will gladly sign them and stamp them. ________ The event takes place as part of the exhibition 1. REPUBLIKA & ART DECO Gallery One One invites you to a unique exhibition of contemporary art inspired by the elegance of the First Republic and the aesthetics of Art Deco. The project is organized in collaboration with photographer Angel Purgert, whose photographic project with a charitable aspect will be part of the exhibition. The atmosphere of the period will also be complemented by the Aristokrat Vintage exhibition featuring original antique fashion and the Coffee Museum Alchymista exhibition, which will remind us of the history and culture of coffee. The exhibition will connect contemporary art, photography, fashion, and the legacy of the First Republic in one common story.
