Description

Anyone interested can participate in a short tour of the wine cellar and the barrel cellar before dinner. The dinner takes place in our cellar room, which overlooks the barrel cellar on one side, while offering a view of the vineyard on the other side. In good weather, the Wine & Dine is held in the garden next to the vineyards under the stars. For the 5-course menu, which changes from time to time, our head chef uses only seasonal, local, or self-grown ingredients: vegetables, herbs, and flowers from our organic gardens, honey, and olive oil from the castle. Pasta, bread, and preserves are also homemade. A fantastic experience in a unique setting to enjoy a cuisine that comes from the same soil as our wines. The event starts at 7:00 PM. Those interested can (after prior registration) also come at around 6:00 PM for an independent panoramic walk through the vineyard. Thanks to our brochure, you will discover the history of our winery and the cycle of work in the vineyard along the way.
