From forest and region – consciously experience game: The event combines cooking class, lecture and enjoyment around regional game animals.

In the cooking class, you will learn the proper preparation of game meat and gain knowledge about origin, maturation and processing as well as suitable side dishes.

The WWF lecture "The Return of the Large Game" tells about red deer, ibex and beaver, which once disappeared from Switzerland and are now slowly returning. It highlights their biology as well as the opportunities and challenges of their comeback.

The enjoyable conclusion is a carefully composed 3-course menu with regional game specialties.

All program points can be booked individually or together.
