Forging Christmas Stars

Description

What would Christmas be without stars? The star is a symbol of hope – a sign of the new king.

In this course, participants create stars from steel sheet, give them a special texture, and measure them in the open forge fire.

Each star is a handmade unique piece that spreads a festive glow with its warm, golden patina. Through traditional craftsmanship, each piece gains its unique, lively appearance, reminiscent of the good message and comfort of the Christmas season.

Whether as window decoration, Christmas tree ornament, or festive accent on the table – the homemade stars bring light and warmth to your home and make the Advent season even more atmospheric.

General Information

The course takes place at Klangwelt Toggenburg in Alt St. Johann and is aimed at everyone who wants to learn about craft traditions. Participants create individual stars that can serve as festive decorations. René Soller leads the workshop as part of an Advent and Christmas event.
