Description

Participants will learn to shape their own sound bowl from glowing iron, guided by the rhythm of hammer strikes. The process involves forming the metal, which develops its own character and sound, culminating in a final step of metallizing the inside of the bowl in an open fire. The event also includes a theoretical introduction to forging techniques and their applications, providing insight into how fire, metal, and craftsmanship come together to create a unique, lasting piece. The highlight is the moment when the bowl first rings out, filling the air with sound and wonder.
