Based on Tim Krohn's mythic alpine novel, Vrenelis Gärtli is a thought-provoking theater evening that delves into human and inhuman desires for home and connection. Featuring performances by Catriona Guggenbühl and Annina Walt, the production examines the search for identity and belonging in a world increasingly defined by digital and anonymous interactions. The play follows two unusual characters, Vreneli and Bersiäneli, as they navigate a journey through the mountains and within themselves, questioning what it means to find a place to belong. The performance is a collective exploration of storytelling, doubt, laughter, and boundaries, aiming to create a sense of home through shared experience.
