Description
Prospero Consort, a young Swiss baroque ensemble, presents a concert at the Altes Krematorium Sihlfeld that takes the audience on a musical journey through grief. Inspired by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross's five stages of mourning, each baroque sonata in the program represents a different phase, from denial and anger to acceptance and hope. The program features works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Corelli, Muffat, Telemann, and Krieger, performed by Daria Spiridonova and Zora Janska on violins, Gian-Andri Cuonz on cello, and Lukas Stamm on harpsichord.
