Description
Final work of the Austrian composer Franz Lehár, Giuditta explores the question of carnal desire. During this poetic dialogue between two voices, in the company of director Pierre-André Weitz and art historian Eleanor Philippoz, discover how desire is expressed through the work of Aloïse Corbaz (1886-1964) and explore the universe of the street performers of Joseph Giavarini (1887-1934). Free visit, registration required, museum entry fee. The work will be performed at the Lausanne Opera from December 20 to 31.
