The Oltner Fabio Chiarelotto, who took over the Montepeloso winery in Tuscany 27 years ago, is visiting Thiemo’s Genussbar. He tells us stories from the vineyard and how he manages to translate the character of the Tuscan coast into wine. Of course, he brings a selection of his wines for tasting, and we serve suitable delicacies from Thiemo’s Genussküche.
