Description

Five cartoonists from Vigousse and a guest, Alex de La Liberté, will engage in friendly battles on current topics. Vincent, Jo Ted (Nicolas Sjöstedt), Debuhme, Pigr, and Vincent L’Epée will dip their pens in vitriol while Marc Boivin – well-known in Fribourg – and Stéphane Babey, the editor-in-chief of the small satirical publication, will moderate the discussions. The principle is simple: the performers ask the audience for topics in three areas (region, Switzerland, World) and the artists execute them live and in parallel. While they master the art of drawing Trump and the Gottéron dragon, the pencil pros are still practicing the representation of a bilboquet.

General Information

Vigousse & Friends features a unique event where cartoonists engage in drawing duels on current topics. Taking place at Café-Théâtre Le Bilboquet in Fribourg, the event invites audience members to suggest themes for the artists to illustrate live.
