Trio Poetico – Musical Reading

Description

Musically framed works of the exhibition Komm Glüückck. The Trio, founded in 2007 by musicians of the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, bears its purpose in its name: creating music and word programs. The designation Poetico reveals: all programs are dedicated to musical works and poetry, which are always interconnected. Poetry plays an important role both in spoken texts and in musical works that frame the words. For the exhibition's matinee, this means an attempt to give a voice to several exhibitors by reciting their diverse texts and to make visible word structures experienceable through audible speech, musically framed with wind ensemble works from modern classical and jazz.
