The Schaffhausen Theater Sgaramusch, awarded in 2018 with the Swiss Grand Prix Theater / Hans-Reinhart-Ring, has been touring nationally and internationally for many years. Now, its classic «Schneewittli» is being shown again and proves that good theater for children is indeed good theater for everyone. Blood drips into the snow. A wish flies up. Snow White is born, with hair as black as ebony, skin as white as snow, and lips as red as blood. To tell the fairy tale, it takes three costumes, a cello, a hand organ, and a children's cassette player. A few gestures, a glance, and a word are enough, and the magic of the fairy tale world comes alive.
