The band from Kilkenny, the sunny southeast of Ireland, is popping the corks: In autumn 2025, the quintet celebrates its 25th band anniversary! For a quarter of a century, The Kilkennys have been bringing fresh wind to the Irish Folk scene with great original compositions and reinterpretations of old classics. For the first time on tour as a permanent band member on the accordion, keyboard, and the innovative Seaboard: Jason Turk! In the interplay of the five friends, a special magic can be expected, which also excites a young audience for traditional Irish music. One of the very first countries where the band has toured outside their homeland and achieved success is Germany. Since then, the band has maintained a magical connection with its fans in Germany. Therefore, both sides are very excited when The Kilkennys travel through their 'second home' in 2025 for eleven concerts!
