Taranja Wu - Album Release Show | Support: Bandit Voyage

Description

Taranja Wu is on her next mission!
In one hand, the guitar; in the other, a well-loaded attitude with which she delivers her tariff. She celebrates her reckoning with punky, clattering guitars, screeching synthesizers, and relentless pounding. In between, signals sound as if someone tapped into space and decided to make it danceable.
A sound full of gritty elegance and street-level glamour, accompanied by Taranja Wu's slogan-like singing, with which she could "... seduce the devil himself..." (Chuck Palahniuk).
On September 4th, her second album ALL MESSED UP will be released: a trip through controlled crashes, an album like a beautiful mistake: sweet enough to get closer, sharp enough to stay, served with a laugh that can never quite be categorized.
A dance in surreal images and a cocktail of musical madness that is as addictive as it is unsettling. Sounds uncomfortable? It is, but devilishly danceable.
Taranja Wu has no intention of being quiet.
... Get ready to embrace the darkness and let Taranja Wu’s twisted universe consume your soul... Bandit Voyage
Anissa & Robin have been on the rise since 2017, guided by lightning and passion!
Their music is both poppy and punk at heart. In October 2023, they return with drum computers, digital (or not) saxophones, broken basses, and guitars... All on their new album "WAS IST DAS".
Recorded between Berlin and Geneva, amidst travels and cities, always between two concerts, the new record was created, the third of the band. It is the pinnacle of their own way of doing things. Whether surrounded or alone, the bandits are never afraid to invite a guest at the last minute they just met on the street. They also do not shy away from pulling out the most disturbing and obscure ballads from their record collections. This third album is like an artistic resurrection. Like the flame of a candle protected from the wind by a hand. It shows everything, from the sweetest intimacy to the most explosive approach. "WAS IST DAS" raises all these questions and answers none of them.
They have been called by some of the Berlin scene as the NOWAVE renaissance of the 21st century!
They also now play in a trio with Domi Chansorn. Summer Casino Ticket Policy:
