Description

This workshop offers a journey into the fascinating world of the seven archetypes and chakras, using dance, free movement, body awareness, and mindful impulses. Participants will experience different inner qualities such as wildness, love, strength, dignity, play, magic, and wisdom, allowing them to discover what is alive within and what seeks expression. No dance experience is required, and the focus is on sensing, embodying, and following your own movement in a supportive environment.
