As part of the exhibition "Swiss Press Photo 26" by the Reinhardt von Graffenried Foundation, the Swiss National Library presents the best Swiss journalistic photos from the past year. What were the highlights of 2025 for Switzerland? Which images have left the strongest impression on you? At the Swiss Press Photo 26 exhibition by the Reinhardt von Graffenried Foundation, you can discover the best photographs published last year by the Swiss press. An invitation to reflect on a year rich in events and emotions. Divided into various categories (current affairs, daily life, Swiss stories, portraits, sports, and international), the exhibition highlights the great variety of contemporary Swiss photojournalism. A space is also dedicated to Photographer of the Year Mario Heller, awarded for his report on Narva, an Estonian city on the border with Russia, caught between its Soviet legacy and the geopolitical tensions related to Vladimir Putin's expansionist ambitions. Program: July 15, from 18:00 to 20:00: Opening and meeting with Michael von Graffenried, photographer and CEO of the "Swiss Press Award" competition. July 22, from 18:00 to 19:00: Guided tour in French with Benjamin Michelet, scientific collaborator responsible for cultural mediation at the Swiss National Library. August 5, from 12:30 to 13:30 / August 27, from 18:00 to 19:00 / September 9, from 18:00 to 19:00: Guided tour in German with Kathrin Gurtner, deputy head of the Print Cabinet at the Swiss National Library. September 24, from 18:00 to 19:00: Guided tour and meeting with Mario Heller, Photographer of the Year 2026.
