Excursion to the “Green Power” and Spices of Monastic Medicine

Description

In the display houses, we find a variety of shapes and shades of different leaves, so that even in the middle of the bare season we can immerse ourselves in the “green power” in the sense of Hildegard of Bingen. At the same time, we will also track down and taste various medieval spices.

General Information

The event takes place in the Botanical Garden of the University of Zurich and offers an exciting tour on the topics of plant diversity and monastic medicine. Participants can admire the different leaves and get to know historical spices.
