Description

The “Resonances of Life” weekends offer a safe space to connect with yourself through sound, body awareness, and creative expression. The two parts form a single unit but can also be attended independently:

• Soundscapes of the Body
• missa solluna - open heart space

"Soundscapes of the Body":
The Solluna Horchestra—Sonja Elina and Rainer Griefahn with Markus Camenzind—collaborates with participants to create a concert dedicated to a specific organ or area of the body.

The theme is announced one week in advance at https://www.enn-institut.ch/resonanzen-des-lebens. Contributions from attendees—poems, songs, brief personal experiences—are welcome and enrich the shared experience.

The focus is less on imparting knowledge, even though knowledge can be helpful. The emphasis is on deepening the connection to the body, the Earth, and the universe—a form of love that, in the organizers’ conviction, holds strong healing potential.
