Description

The "Resonances of Life" weekends offer a protected framework for getting in touch with yourself through sound, body awareness and creative expression. The first part, the "Soundscapes of the Body" (takes place on the Saturday before this Sunday - see corresponding advertisement), is dedicated to a specific organ or body area. Sounds, rhythms and subtle vibrations create a space in which participants can explore the resonance and inner dynamics of this area and deepen their perception.

On the second day of the weekend, the Open Heart Space opens up a space for personal expression and mindful encounters.

It is a space in which you can decide how much you want to show. You can remain silent and simply observe. You can contribute - with a word, a sound, a step, maybe even a song, or you can dance... It's not about performance. It's about authenticity. It's about small, honest moments.

There will be a small snack break in between.

The two parts (Saturday and Sunday) build on each other in terms of content and complement each other, but can also be attended independently of each other. The offer is aimed at people who want to get closer to themselves, discover new forms of expression or take time out in an appreciative environment.

No special skills are required - just a willingness to take time for yourself.
