Imagine lying down… your body relaxes, your breath slows, and you finally don’t have to do anything. Lying in a hammock deepens the level of experience. 💫 Gentle vibrations from crystal bowls, singing bowls, and other healing instruments permeate your body, dissolving tension and enveloping you in a feeling of peace and safety. You let yourself be carried away, nurtured… 🗓 When: Sunday, 27.09. at 6 PM ⏳ Duration: 100 minutes 📍 Where: Studio My Sky, Sokolovská 32/22, Prague 8 - Karlín, 186 00 Advance reservation required! The number of spots in the hammocks is limited. 🌿 How does the meeting proceed? For most of the time, you simply lie down, relax, and let yourself be carried away by the healing tones and guided meditation. 🧘 What to bring? Your temperature may change during the sound bath, so I recommend bringing a bottle of water, a blanket, comfortable warmer clothing (like a hoodie, leggings, or sweatpants), and socks. For added comfort, you can also bring a pillow and your own eye mask (we will have some available for loan). ✨ Suitable for complete beginners – no prior experience is needed.
