The number of spots in hammocks is limited. 🌿 How does the meeting proceed? For most of the time, you simply lie down, relax, and let yourself be carried away by the healing tones. 🧘 What to bring? Your temperature may change during the sound bath, so I recommend bringing a bottle of water, a blanket, comfortable warm clothing (a hoodie is fine), and socks. For greater comfort, you can also bring a pillow and your own eye mask (we will have some available for loan). ✨ Suitable even for complete beginners – no prior experience is needed.
