SONGSLAM NEUKÖLLN - Wine, Vibes and Singing

Description

Nothing in the air but hands, melody, and rhythm. Sounds, hot breath, speakers, and spotlights—that's what a song slam feels like. Six singers/songwriters face your judgment, and you reward them with your applause. Anything is possible on these evenings: chanson, acoustic punk, music cabaret, or bluegrass-flamenco-indiecore. One hundred twenty minutes of competition with handcrafted music and genuine feelings in the large hall of Heimathafen. It's about cheers, fame, honor, schnapps, and a bag of Rachengold. The principles are: no bands, no show dancers, no covers, and especially no plastic. The country's biggest song slam is hosted by the Berlin slam and reading stage authors Tilman Birr and Piet Weber. Note: The annual final takes place on 17.12.2025.
