Unichor & Friends + du! Orchestra Berner Frauenstimmen Brass Bridges Unichor Bern Conducting Matthias Heep, Conducting Works The Unichor Bern celebrates its fortieth birthday! On this occasion, we present well-known and lesser-known Christmas carols from various countries and eras at this year's Christmas concert of the Unichor Bern, together with the Berner Frauenstimmen and Brass Bridges. Some works will be sung together with the audience! Join us on a journey through time: from "Noël Nouvelet" from the 15th century, arranged by Audrey Snyder, to Rachmaninoff's "Bogoroditse Devo (All-Night Vigil)" from 1915 and Bruckner's "Ave Marie" from the 19th century, to the "Jingle Bell Rock" of the 20th century by Bobby Helms and the contemporary Swiss Christmas piece "Das isch de Stern vo Bethlehem."
