Karin and Alessandro invite you to a day of sound, movement, and community in the scenic landscapes of Oberegg. The event features a guided hike through enchanted trails to a hidden waterfall and up to St. Anton, offering breathtaking views of Lake Constance and the Appenzell region. Along the way, participants will enjoy musical stops with circle singing, improvisation, and nature meditations, fostering a deep connection with the environment and oneself. The day concludes with a return walk through Heiden and a gathering at Oberegg.
