I like eating, but I enjoy indulging even more! I try to moderate myself, cultivate finesse and quality. Eating more slowly, going for a jog, reminding myself that I have crossed 40 and that it's probably time to find some inner peace. But well, my gigantic appetite for life and food is more alive than ever. That's why I want to invite you to a show that smells like a cozy aperitif! An ode to celebrating, good food, and joy. So we can see each other, toast, nibble on some regional delicacies, and laugh heartily. Are there more relevant theories or funnier jokes than those made after two glasses of red wine? After the third, it all goes off the rails, everyone knows that, but I truly believe that Albert Einstein discovered the theory of relativity after two large glasses of Vaud Gamaret Garanoir. It was probably more like a Château Margaux, but what can I say, I am just a local patriot. Yes, because besides the love for good food, it's also about love for the homeland. We will taste a regional wine where I am currently performing – whether it's Valais, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Geneva, Jura, Vaud canton, or Bavaria... In short, everywhere I am welcomed. We will say clever things about its color and aroma with enthusiasm and then also say a few silly things, because after all, you are not here to do an oenology degree. Eating is joy. And eating with friends is joy squared. So bring your good-humored faces, I will take care of the platter!
