We will address these and other questions during a movie night and a Lightning Talks Night. On October 20, 'Wanted: The Best Company' will be shown. The documentary portrays companies that consciously forgo traditional hierarchies and experiment with new ways of collaboration. Entrepreneurs, experts, and pioneers provide insights into self-organized structures, modern work forms, and the future of organizations. After the film, there will be a discussion with the filmmakers from Goodlightfilm, Jonathan Möller from foryouandyourcustomers, and other pioneers. On October 27, a Lightning Talks Night is invited. In this dynamic format, professionals, entrepreneurs, and professors come together to explore different perspectives on decision-making and collaboration. The focus is on questions surrounding flat hierarchies and new organizational forms: Who makes decisions? When and how are they made? And which approaches have proven effective in practice? The evening offers the opportunity to exchange experiences, challenge ideas, and gain insights into different career paths and organizational models. Anyone who wants to actively shape the future of work and leadership is warmly invited.
