“Mirror, mirror on the wall – who is the fairest of them all?” When the magic mirror one day boldly answers: “Schneewittli, of course!”, it’s the end of the royal composure. The queen fumes with rage – and makes a fateful decision: Schneewittli must disappear! So she gives the cruel order to the hunter to take the girl into the forest… With a pounding heart, Schneewittli wanders deep into the dark woods until she – exhausted and hungry – discovers something: a tiny little house, with a tiny little table and seven tiny little chairs. Who might live here? Is it okay to just enter? And is there perhaps something to eat? While the queen is already plotting her next cunning plan, Schneewittli gains new courage among the seven dwarfs and finds her charming laughter again in the cheerful chaos of crookedly sung dwarf songs and lots of mischief. Fidibus retells the well-known fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm – playful, surprising, and full of humor. In the loving staging by Brigitt Maag, wit, charismatic performers, and musical earworms merge into an unforgettable theater experience.
