Rikas return to Switzerland Rikas have been on a successful path together for 10 years. On their upcoming Europe-wide tour "Dog Days," Rikas want to celebrate the spirit of their beginnings and will perform at selected venues that have played an important role on their journey. "Dog Days" are the hottest days of the year, and Rikas are named after the family dog of one of the band members – enough reason to dedicate themselves to this mission. It all started with their debut EP "Swabian Samba" from 2018. In the following years, Rikas built a loyal fan base with their lively, relaxed harmonies, catchy refrains, and egalitarian style, where each member contributes equally to songwriting and stands in the spotlight both in the studio and on stage. After their warm and inviting debut album "Showtime" from 2019 and two interim EPs (2021's "Short Stories" and 2022's "Goodbye Sunshine"), Rikas became a live phenomenon in Germany, and their reputation began to spread beyond borders. Their second album "Soundtrack For A Movie That Has Not Been Written Yet" led them to their first sold-out headline shows from London to Lisbon, Amsterdam, and Paris.
