Of course, his Geronto-Gang still rules there, scheming with their pimped-out rollators, decorated jackets, driving the management crazy, and celebrating the joy of aging. "2052 – prepared for the future" is next-level geronto science fiction. Mischief and high culture in one. Laughter loud and soft, thinking further, and realizing that one can actually look forward to the time in the retirement home. Reeto von Gunten is an author, spoken word artist, and radio host at SRF3, with a long list of publications. His ideas are impressive. He knows how to tell stories as captivating and absurd as hardly anyone else. He manages to create a kind of small art that excites, inspires, and resonates again and again. After all, we all get older eventually, more so internally than we feel. He is, together with Anna Engler, founder and owner of the author workshop Atelieer, which aims to bring exciting people together, develop readings and spoken word events, and make them accessible to a broad audience. Atelieer also publishes books and other works in small publishing houses.
