Pink Floyd is a phenomenon of rock history - those who have experienced them live are likely to be filled with these soundscapes and the unique experience for the rest of their lives. The band around David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Rick Wright, and Nick Mason has created absolute milestones with their albums like "Dark Side of the Moon," "Wish You Were Here," and also "The Wall," which are inseparable from recent music history. Continuing this legacy is the mission that the German band PULSE has dedicated itself to. The members of the newly formed group are well familiar with the material and many thousands of concert-goers across half of Europe. At hundreds of concerts, exceptional guitarist and singer Oliver Hartmann (ex-AVANTASIA, ex-ROCK MEETS CLASSIC), bassist Martin Hofmann, and keyboardist Markus Nanz formed the basis of the successful band Echoes. Besides their live shows, they have gained recognition with the unique acoustic tour and the release "Barefoot To The Moon" (DVD 2015 Media Charts No. 20), as well as the production "Live From The Dark Side" with special guests Michael Sadler (SAGA), Midge Ure (ULTRAVOX), Claude Leonetti (LAZULI), and Geoff Tate (ex-QUEENSRYCHE), far beyond Germany's borders. Together with the fantastic French drummer and new member Sébastien Angrand, the singers Carolin Riehemann, Ilka Müller, and Jessica Conte remain part of the new line-up and will now always be seen in pairs on stage. The saxophonists Michael Unger among others, as well as the technically perfectly synchronized team, remain an important part of PULSE. Besides their electric concerts, the band will again tour acoustically across Germany in January under the title "Acoustic Side Of The Moon." Supported by a string quartet from Prague, for whose arrangements frontman Oliver Hartmann has always been responsible, this special and so far unique concept has already led to sold-out theaters and enthusiastic applause in the past. Although the changes seem subtle, PULSE has made it clear to undertake the task of convincing and exciting their audience with a completely renewed program and an upgraded stage show. Under the motto "The Best of Pink Floyd," viewers can look forward to a fantastic live concert with special moments! Additional information:
