Learning to Preach.

Description

Would you like to step up to the pulpit of a Reformed church in the canton of Graubünden and speak publicly? Do you enjoy responsibly interpreting the Bible and conveying meaning and values for life as a whole? For aspiring lay preachers, this module is part of their training. The individual course days are also designed to support and reflect the practice of active preachers in Graubünden. The module consists of continuous support, individual course days (some Saturdays a year in Chur), as well as practical exercises and reflection on one's own practice (on some Sundays a year by arrangement in various locations in the canton). Registration is possible at any time.

General Information

Module 6.1 Homiletics of the Protestant Theology Course offers aspiring lay preachers the opportunity to learn the basics of worship service design. It includes continuous support, course days, and practical exercises for reflecting on one's own practice.
