Pesche Heiniger is charismatic, his voice powerful, and his stage presence expansive. His performances are memorable. As a spoken word author and songwriter, the Emmental native has been successfully performing on Swiss poetry slam and reading stages since 2015. Among other achievements, he won the winner's crown at the cabaret festival "die Krönung" and the Olten cabaret casting 2024. "I can only advise everyone to trustfully follow Pesche Heiniger wherever his words and wit lead. He has the star map, a telescope, and sparklers, and even if you get overwhelmed by amazement and the density of punchlines on the way – Pesche Heiniger keeps an overview and always finds the way back with everyone." Christoph Simon Peter Heiniger, born in 1981, started like many with commercial training. Afterwards, he sought new professional fields and first found them in nursing and then in teaching. Besides his work as a teacher, he writes columns and has continuously expanded his own artistic work. He performs as a slam poet and songwriter throughout Switzerland.
