Singer-songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist – Pablo Miró is a one-man band, but also creates an exhilarating intensity with his outstanding live group. The musician from Buenos Aires is considered one of the great talents of his Argentine artist generation. His music, which combines various aspects of South American rhythms, oscillates between folklore, tango, jazz, samba, and bossa nova. Miró's lyrical lightness should not obscure the social criticism motivated by his own biography. Pablo Miró fled as a youth from the military junta that was raging in his homeland at the time. Both sides of Miró come into play in his double program on October 9. First part of the concert: live recording and excerpt of his new CD "BASTA" – songs of resistance, outrage, and hope (solo format).
