Nendaz Freeride Video Contest Qualifier 1*

Description

In order to allow as many athletes as possible to experience competition, Nendaz Freeride also organizes a 1*-contest open to all. Registrations are accepted in the order they are received; no FWT qualifiers or FWT points are required. The runs take place on a slope in the Plan du Fou sector, which is determined at short notice. Riders must complete their run from Plan du Fou in the order of the start list. At the bottom of the slope, staff members from Nendaz Freeride and a cameraman are stationed to welcome the athletes, brief them, and film the runs. Riders may complete a maximum of two runs (conditions permitting) and submit one of them to the jury. The jury reviews all videos and then creates a ranking.
Reserve day (postponement in case of bad weather): January 3, 2027.
