Musical Tour

Description

For the tour, we return to the beginnings of Martin Spühler's artistic work: many Winterthur residents know Martin Spühler as a puppeteer and co-founder of Theater am Gleis. At Theater am Gleis, he found a lasting place for his progressive puppet theater after years on tour. However, his central work was dedicated to exploring analog sound spaces, the interplay of acoustics, material, and form. The exhibition at oxyd – Kunsträume focuses on the sculptural work of the artist who passed away in 2023, in the sense of a retrospective.
