Before the conductor's score and especially the orchestral parts reach the music stands of the musicians, they may travel halfway around the world and pass through the hands of many people. What happens in the sheet music archive of the Moravian Philharmonic before the first note sounds on stage, what follows after the concert ends, and what other tasks the work in a symphonic orchestra's archive entails will be revealed by musicologist Anna Valchářová, who serves as the curator of the music collection in our philharmonic.
